Group 1a is health care workers and residents and staff of nursing homes, regardless of age.
Group 1b is elderly people who are 75 or older and essential frontline workers, i.e. people with jobs in grocery stores, bus drivers and other transportation workers, meat packing plant workers, teachers, people who work in prisons, postal workers, grocery store workers.
Group 1c is people aged 65-74, people 16 – 64 with high risk factors, and other essential workers, i.e. food service employees, transportation and logistics workers, the media, finance employees, information technology and communications, energy workers, the legal profession, public safety engineers, shelter and housing workers, and water and wastewater employees.
