- Most email is encouraging you to buy things that you probably don’t need. I got 72 emails from midnight (it’s 7:15 am), and half of them are selling something.

- If you have to have a storage place for your stuff, why do you have that stuff? Add the cost of the storage place to your monthly mortgage or rent payment, and see how much you are really paying to keep your “stuff.” Most of us could live a lot smaller than we do.
- The U.S. recorded more than 160,000 new coronavirus cases yesterday, a record.
- Do you have a budget for holiday shopping? If not, you may find yourself in an even worse financial condition in January than you are in now. People don’t need “things” as much as you think they do.
- People are getting lazier about their personal safety during the pandemic. Pandemic fatigue. Some are not as diligent about using hand sanitizer or washing their hands. People were tired of restrictions during WWII, but they kept on following them until they didn’t have to.
- Biden won Georgia. Trump won North Carolina. The victory brings Biden to 306 electoral votes and 78,048,538 popular votes and Trump to 232 electoral votes and 72,701,661 popular votes. 270 electoral votes needed to win.
