Ingredients
1 small (about 4 lb.) seedless watermelon
3 tablespoons granulated (white) sugar
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
How to Make It
Step 1: Trim 1/2 inch from both ends of watermelon. Stand up watermelon on 1 cut end; cut lengthwise into quarters. Cut each quarter into 1-inch slices. Sprinkle slices evenly on both sides with sugar and salt.
Step 2: Grill at high heat on oiled grates uncovered, until grill marks appear, about 3 minutes per side.
