Simple Ways to Avoid a Heart Attack

- Watch your blood sugar numbers and keep them in normal range
- Watch your blood pressure and keep it in normal range
- Lose weight if you weigh too much
- Don’t smoke
- Eat a healthy diet (not chips and soda)
- Watch your cholesterol numbers and keep them in a normal range
- Exercise regularly (a brisk walk will help and it’s free)
